I was with you right up until you mentioned putting other people’s intelligence to the test. I feel like I know what you’re trying to say, but the concept of intelligence being measured or tested honestly makes me uncomfortable.
I do feel like that tattoo separates cis people into the two general categories of a) people who are willing to listen to an unfamiliar and perhaps threatening perspective with an open mind, and b) people who want to keep the discussion centered around themselves.
